What do I get at the end of the project?

Excluding add-ons, you will receive 2 audio files. The 1st will be a track with vocals recorded, while the second is a karaoke track(minus 1).

How long does it take to finish a project?

It typically takes 2 weeks to complete a project, if everything goes smoothly. However, do note that making changes to the song can affect the completion time.

Why is it so cheap?

You can see an itemised list here. Your Love Song uses a music production technique that cuts down on the cost of recording musicians.

How will you know my musical taste?

In our song questionnaire, we will judge how to write the song according to the 2 favourite songs/earworms that you filled in. Our songwriters will analyse the 2 songs entered and decide how to proceed.

What if I don't like the song?

Throughout the process, drafts will be presented to you. Though not at a production-level, it will give you a good idea of what the song is going to sound like. Small changes can be made FOC(words, small musical aspects). But on the rare occasion that the whole song needs to be changed, we will do a revision. The first one is FOC, subsequent ones will be charged at SGD80 per revision.

Do you write in other languages?

Currently our songwriters are fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay. We hope to add more language options in the future.

Who will the song belong to?

You can tell everybody this is YOUR song!  We will never use the song for anything else, and will only keep it for archiving purposes. The song is yours completely, for you to use anywhere at any occasion, without worrying about royalties and rights!

What is a template song?

This is a cheaper option we have for your song-building needs. We have ready-made backing music for you to choose from, which we will then write lyrics and music over.

Will my template song still be unique?

Yes it will! The lyrics and melody will be completely different to any other song we've written using the template.

Do you provide musicians?

No, we do not. For all your live music needs, do visit High Notes Music Solutions.

What if I want a band to play my song live?

We have an add-on to produce a simple music score(lead sheet). Just present the score to the live band to have it played live.

Can I record my singing to my song through your service?

We do not currently support this, as we do not have an easily-accessible premise for vocal recordings. Also, singers that are not trained for recording can take a few hours to lay down a usable recording. We do provide a karaoke(minus 1) track, so you can do your own recording to that if you'd like.
